I was relieved that I can up with a flat tire less than 10 miles from a Big O tire, with whom I happen to have an emergency tire replacement plan. I pulled up at 3:30 on a Friday and they refused to do anything except put some air in it. Wouldn’t even assess the safety of driving on it.

Never take your vehicle to Big O unless you have money to spend and time to waste. I stopped in with a flat tire that had a screw in it. The front of house manager said the wait time would be three hours. I asked him to look at the tire and confirm it is fixable. I told him it was flat when I took the tire off of the car and replaced with the spare. I said this may have been driven flat. He said, this is fixable. I asked again, are you sure? He said yes. I asked, you will call me when it is done or before if there are issues? He said, YES. I confirmed my phone number. Three hours went by without a call and I stopped into the shop. He said, I tried to call you. I said, really? I haven't receive a call. He quickly avoided a response to my statement. He told me, we can't fix your tire because it was driven on while flat. I said, I asked you twice if my tire was fixable and you said yes. He said, you need to buy a tire. This is is a perfect example of how not to run a business and how to not train your employees. Either, the front of house individual has no clue about tires or he lies in order to get you in and sell you something else. Avoid Big O Tires, Frisco at all cost.

Back on October 26, 2020, my wife and I were traveling on I70 from Frisco to Denver in a snowstorm. We blew a tire in the tunnel, and were towed back to Frisco. This Big O Tires location fixed the puncture for free, gave me a business card, and asked me to make a review on Google in return. I’ve been carrying that business card with me every day since that day. Finally, today, I’m making my review. They saved our trip, and for free, and in a timely manner. Thank you, Big O. I’d highly suggest this location. The service was great, and the speedy help was wonderful.

Be very careful using this particular big O tire store. I went there this morning to get a tire replacement. He said I had to replace all four, which I do understand, is a possibility with an all-wheel-drive vehicle. The man at the counter said that I could replace the broken tire since all three other tires were brand new, but that he couldn’t get the new tire for 3 days. He knew I was on vacation and had to head back tomorrow. I went across the street to a different tire store and they said that I absolutely could replace just the broken tire and that they would have it in this afternoon or tomorrow morning. Huge difference. Incredible customer service across the street. I would not recommend big O tires to anyone. Ever.
